September 3 is National Welsh Rarebit Day!

This dish, most popular in Europe and in other parts of the world, is made by pouring hot cheese and ale sauce over toast. Welsh Rarebit is often served as a pub snack.

If you’ve never tried Welsh Rarebit before, today is the perfect day to experiment! Go out and find a pub that serves European food, or make Welsh Rarebit on your own.
